午前は四谷地域センター12階でS先生のストレッチ講座受講。
午後は新宿御苑で「歩き方教室」だったがまるで嵐だった。花吹雪だけならいいが土埃まで舞い上がり土と桜の花が渦を巻いていた。
今日は「花より団子」
